Core Value

To create a bridge to unite and restore trust in American organizations, specifically police and governmental organizations. Through TPM our company strives to mentor, develop, and foster a successful work environment that embraces positive organizational change. Change is a constant, as we see in America today. It is important to understand, embrace, and integrate change based on your organizational mission.

Business Objectives

To provide police-community academic training in the form of Transformational Policing Model (TPM): Bridging the Racial Divide.  The strategies and concepts of TPM incorporate a historical analysis of distrust in America dating back to the American civil war. Distrust continues to manifest itself in the many social conflicts and protests. Many of these conflicts surround police-community relationships and TPM is designed to bridge the racial divide which appears to continue in America.
